Sri Vidya Institute of Management Studies was established in the academic year 2009-2010, with a purpose of providing quality education in management for inspiring youngsters. Our aim is to educate and train the potential future managers to develop capability to lead business enterprises effectively in reaching their corporate goals.
Sri Vidya Institute of Management Studies is one of the leading educational institutions in and around Puttur sponsored by Sri Vidya Educational Society. This society being under the prestigious management and it aims to provide effect and practically useful instructions to the students.

OUR PRINCIPAL:
Dr. S. RAVI VARMA, M.Com., MBA., M.Phil., Ph.D., has teaching experience for more than 3 decades and has 7 years of administration experience as Principal of the present institution. He was awarded Ph.D., in Commerce in the year 1996 by S.V. University, Tirupati. One M.Phil., Degree was awarded under his guidance and supervision by S.V. University.
He has published 3 Books and 7 Papers in reputed National and International Journals. He has attended 35 National Seminars and Conferences and presented papers. During his academic career he has attended 8 Training and Capacity Building Workshops.
He is acting as Guide & Supervisor for MBA students of S.V. University Distance Education for Industrial Projects since 5 years. He was nominated as Member of College Planning & Development Committee (CPDC) of Govt. Degree & PG College, Puttur. He was also nominated as Member of Academic Council under the category of External Experts / Academicians by the Principal, Govt. Degree & PG College (Autonomous), Nagari for a period of 2 years i.e. 2004-2006.
